    Default Sueing for the money im owed for the house

    In my divorce it was stipulated that he would have 5 years to pay my 30 thousand dollars for my portion of the house. He has made several statements that he is not going to pay me. If I took him to court and sued him for the money...could I do it NOW..He has 2 more years left. Approximately how much would I have to pay the lawyer for that? Could I force him to pay the legal fees?
