Work 2 jobs went to school all the years we were married. my mother gave us approx. 70.000.00 to buy a lot (we sold and to start a business , bought a 500. thousand dollar house lost it , foreclosure, business mishandled went bankrupt.he used to send me 1000.00 per wk now it went down to nothing. I just started collecting SSD but it is not enough. to cover the bills. I used to live a very nice lifestyle , now our grandson and I ( we raised for 15 years , live in a 1 br apt. my grandson is not his relation. I found he had started seeing another women from phone records 8 months ago , i think he lives w/ her now because he says he always broke. he owns a 2007 silverado and a custom chopper 50.000. my mother helped me finance a 5,000.00 2004 sebring. I was evicted from our house and my car repossessed due to his support. Can I collect alimoney even to cover the extra expense of living elec.cable ect. last year his w2 was 74,000.00.

Yes, I would say this is an alimonyicon case.

There will be some twists and turns - because he moved out over a year ago and the two of you are living separate lives.

But there will be no way for him to avoid it - alimony will be on the table to discuss.
