    Default child support

Ex husband has sent a total of 3 small payments in two years. He never sends them through the depository as ordered. The depository said that they can only do a one time credit for him. Should I attempt to report this last payment to them or just keep the spreadsheet attached for the 1/2 of the medical payments etc he has never contributed to? I can not verify his employment he keeps giving me the wrong company name to get a deduction order in place. What other steps should I take? He has remarried and says he can't afford it.

Sorry for the length but he has returned to Florida and I drive the child 180 miles one way to see her father because he will not drive to her. Will this hurt the child supporticon case if I stop doing this every other weekend. She does not stay for the full amount of the orginally ordered visitations.

Just keep good records for now. You may want to see if you qualify for services from the Fl Dept of Revenue child supporticon Enforcement.
