    Default Child Support/Florida Pre-paid

    I am using the bulk of my child supporticon to fund a Florida Pre-paid college fund for my child. If my daughter gets a scholarship or for whatever reason does not use the pre-paid account, can my ex-husband sue me for that money? He is threatening to sue if I either get the money back or if I use it for another one of my children (not his). Please let me know. Thanks.

    He can sue you but stands a snowball's chance in hell of succeeding. Besides, no attorney I know of would take a case like that.
