    Default Tragic story

    My daughter is in limbo with her marriage etc. However, her husband
    and his family have the kids during the week. We have them on the weekends. She is in recovery. They seem to think she has no chance of getting primary custody and are making plans for the future without her opinion. What is the legal opinion of moms in recovery?

    As long as the mom is "safe" with the kids there is no reason she cannot exercise parentingicon time.

    The "recovery" will indeed have a huge impact on the final situation.
