    Default please read and answer answer is needed

    me and my x husband/husband have been seperated for the past 5 years he kept telling me he was going to get the divorce started and never did we only lived together for 4 months after we was married when we seperated now he is living with another woman who he is engaged to be married to but he still hasn't got the divorce and im tired of waiting but really cant afford to get divorce on my own what is the easyest and cheapest way to get a divorce from him we don't have property or kids between the two of us and somebody said one time if i just wait 7 years im legally divorced from him that way cause we haven't lived together for that length of time if thats the case i would only half to wait another 2 years but im not sure if thats even correct he lives in texas and i live in florida if that makes a difference on how i would go about getting this done so pls with this knowledge what is my easyest and cheapest way to get a divorce so i can move on with my life

    Cheapest way: do it yourself.

    Easiest way: use an attorney.

    You might try looking up Legal Aid - for possible free help.

    And the answer is NO - there is no automatic divorce after living apart 7 years.
