reconciliation
My ex-wife and I are in the process of reconcilation. We are living in the same house and things are working out ok. My question is can she stop or suspend child support
during the reconciliation or should I continue to pay child support even though my kids are living with me?

Thanks for the response, I am in the military currently station in California do I need to go through the courts here or back in Florida?

You should go through whichever court where the last support order was signed. You would reopen the same case number.

It would be wise if you and your spouse signed an Agreed Motion to Suspend child support
while you are in the process of reconciliation. That Motion can then be forwarded to the court where the child support is at issue with an Order for the judge to sign.
