2nd Marriage less then 7 years. Spouse wants half

My father got married less then 7 years ago. 2nd marriage for both. Marriage of convenience. Seperate bedrooms etc. After 4.5 years she left on vacation never came back. All property was in his name and still is. However he put her name on his annuities after they got married. I know not smart. But now she wants half. Can she automatically get half or would the judge actually look at what each brought to marriage etc?

There is no automatic. Equitable distribution under Florida law has many, many, exceptions to the default rule of 50/50. If there is significant money he should retain an attorney.
