child support
I'm getting divorced after almost 10 years, my wife has developed an "Emotional relationship" with her boss. I have 2 kids, we have worked out that she'd have the kids 4 days and myself 3. I net $3000 a month and she nets $1800. I also pay $108 a month for health ins. We have agreed on $740 a month, that I'd pay her. Is this right? Also, we agreed not to go back to court to get the Support adjusted. Can this be put in the divorce? Thank you for any help>

Our online support Calculator
on this website should be pretty close. Try it out if you have not done so.
No, you cannot agree that child support
becomes non-modifyable. Under Florida law, child support is the right of children - and is always modifiable.
