    Default telephonic hearing

    Received a notice for telephonic hearing for both attorneys and judgeicon. I have just separated from my attorney, and will be PRO SE.

    What happens to the scheduled hearing regarding a motion filed by her attorney?

    Do I need to file a motion to dismiss the hearing? Or a motion to reschedule the hearing?

    The hearing will still be heard. So you will have to call in. If your attorney has filed a withdrawal of counsel, then you can file a notice of cancellation of the hearing.
