Husband left and is living with other women

I have been with my husband for 7 years. I stayed home and raised his two boys as my own. MAy of 2009 he left and moved to Fl sayingt he boys would live with me since he was a truck driver. Of course i never could get him to get anything legal written up. July of 2009 I moved the boys and our clothes to Brooksville fl because i couldent afford to live on my own. My parents livwe here. Plus i wanted the boys to be close to there dad.

Over the months we were here he hardly ever saw them or rtalked to them. $600 total dollars were given to me for 11 months i supported therm myself. lmarch of 2010 he showed up at there school to take them. He has been living with another women in a big house and I guess felt he now wanted his kids. They dont want to live with him, he has not filed any seperation papers and dosent even talk to me.

Do I have any rights or power with his abandoming me and openinly living with this other women? Anything i can use to get something legal to at least have my boys someof the time?

You have no right to the children as of right now. Next time that happens, call the child abuse hotline - 1-800-96-abuse. There is a process available that may have placed the children with you by court order (given the fact the father abandoned them).

As for living with another woman ... there are no laws in place that would punish or sanction him for that type of behavior.
