My daughter will turn 18 on the 7th of this month. On his own, my ex only paid me for 7 days of support for her. He pro rated her amount and then paid for my son the amount 1 child would be by using the Florida guidelines!!! Can he legally do this???? I want to file and extention for him to pay until June when she graduates...what should I do?

You do not need an extension. Support will not terminate until graduation.

You can file a Motion for Contempt and request a hearing.
