    Question child support limits

Hello, can you tell me what the law says about paying child supporticon after the age of 18? If my daughter goes to college after high school do I have to continue paying? In our divorce afreement there is no stipulation about college it just says I will pay child support on the minor children and that is all it says in the only line about child support. Thank you for any information you can give.

You should pay up until 18, or 19 if the child is still in high school. Florida has no provisions for college.

You should consider contacting the Department of Revenue for child supporticon enforcement to terminate child support once your child reaches the age of majority and is no longer enrolled in high school. You do not want to stop paying child support and later find out you failed to submit the required form.
