Default Am I entitled to temporary Alimony?

I have been with my husband for 10yrs, married only 3. When we married i was not working and he wanted it that way but in the past year he was stressing out to take care of us on his income only and I was unable to find a job. His profession is truck driving and took a new job as an over the road trainer for a company just 2wks ago and has met another woman in his training class. He now wants a divorce and says he is not coming back home. my question is, am I entitled to any alimonyicon maybe even temporary?

Not permanent And probably not temporary. But the rules are a bit different during the course of an active case. You may be able to get some support during the case.
