Temporary Child Custody

At present time Im at a divorce process. I separated from my husband when I had 2 months pregnant because he use to beat me. He was found not guilty from the charges and we were living in Pinellas, FL and I moved to Miami. He hasn't seen his daughter in 10 months and he always say that his parents will come to pick her to take her to Naples so he can see her. I had not deny him to see her but he has to come to Miami because I'm afraid he might take her away from me. I want the temporary custody of my child while I finish the divorce process. What documents do I need to fill out or where should I go to solve this problem the right way. He started the divorce process in Pinellas, FL.
