Divorce And Child custody

i am at a divorce process, i separated from my husband when i was 2 months pregnant because he use to beat me and abuse me vervally. he came out no guilty in court, we use to live in pinellas when we were together but i move back to miami, he has not seen her daugther since she was 2 months, stating he is afraid of me, because i will call the police, i told him if you are not going to beat me why i would call the police(he keeps deniying that he beat me).
Every month he send me e-mails telling me o allow his parents to takee my baby to naples (she is 10 months now) but i am really afraid that he take her away from me. i have never denied him to see his daugther, but it must be here in miami. In his e mails he says his parents will pay my expenses for a year, but i do not want to move over there, i do not want to be around him, he wants the baby custody or sharing.
I would like to know what can i do to have a valid paper that says i have the temporary custody until the divorce is over, he summmit the divorce in pinellas fl, i went to the court in miami and thy said there is not forms for this, because he is the father.
