My fiance's ex is taking him to court for being late with child support payments...he has not made payments on time for the past 2 months because he can't afford the payments...he has done a modification on child support but they have court on the same day...he has his w2 from 2009 showing the he only made 10,000 dollars...he has tried to pay child support, cover child visitation traveling expensses from naples to vero beach that's almost 20 hour drive 5 hours each way...what can he expect that day?

can a domestic violence make my fiance lose custody him and his ex are fighting for custody....his ex dropped charges on him when they were together for domestic violence she wrote a nice note to the judge saying how great he was with her and and their daughter and that she wanted to drop charges...please let me know

Hi my fiance is having court next month....regarding petitions that he filed in vero beach fl...he is living in Naples Fl...the mother moved from indian river county to oceola county without the fathers consent...he did not know anything until he went in person to the court to get the forms to turn in..last time he saw the kids was in december...the mother hides the children they have 2 kids one is 5 and one is 4...last time he saw the kids the 5 year old girl told him that she did not want to go back to her mothers house because they were making her touch her cousins private parts and kissing...He is requesting to have his family case transfer from indian river county to collier county since the kids don't live there anymore....he is modifying time sharing and visitations...what can he expect in court??
