    Question dont know what to do

    This is the first time ive reserched what to do and it led me here. I am goin g to be filing soon and have 2 kids. if me and my husband are both in aggreement of a parentingicon plan, and i move out before we have filed the paperwork, could that later be looked at as abdoment on my part if the kids stay here?

    There are no consequences if the two of you agree on a parentingicon plan. But if the case becomes contested your move could hurt your case.
