Tired of the drama, HELP, please!!!
I got a few things...1) My ex-wife who is remarried and now they have a child of there own, decided to quit her job and stay home, my daughter no longer goes to after school care but my ex doesnt think I should be allowed to modify my child support
now that daycare is not being used. also since she is not working voluntarily, how does that affect my financial obligation?
2) I want to take our daughter who is now 10, on a vacation outside the USA, she doesnt have a passport
, I have been argueing with my ex to get her one since it requires both our signatures, she feels that the child is to young. Dont I have any say in this, The child does reside with my ex but I do take her every other weekend. I am not a flight risk, I have a job here, I was born and raised in the USA, I do not have any relatives that I speak to outside the US. Can she control what I do with our daughter like this?

If you are paying daycare and it is no longer needed, you must go back to the court to modify. You will need to file a Supplemental Petition to Modify. In the same court filing, you can request the court ok a passport
and international travel.
