X-Wife fails to disclose SSI

Divorced in 2000, just found out that the x was receiving SSI for herself and $300 in SSI for one daughter at the time of the divorce. She didn't disclose the SSI at the time of the divorce, At that time I was making $2060 a month I am now making $3700. The court order me to pay $400 alimony and $400 each of two daughters’, plus $260 for health insurance.

I don't know how much my x was receiving and she said she can remember the amount because she now has memory lost. How can I find out how much she was receiving because she it's going to give up the info with out a fight.

No attorneys were used at that time, I now know better.

After I signed the paper work and before she submitted it to the court she added a page that stated that child support would turn into alimony and the court could not modify this.


I agreed to pay child support to age 22 if my daughters stay in school. Both my daughter are now older than 22 at this time.
