Angry X-Wife fails to disclose SSI

Divorced in 2000, just found out that the x was receiving SSI for herself and $300 in SSI for one daughter at the time of the divorce. She didn't disclose the SSI at the time of the divorce, At that time I was making $2060 a month I am now making $3700. The court order me to pay $400 alimonyicon and $400 each of two daughters’, plus $260 for health insurance.

I don't know how much my x was receiving and she said she can remember the amount because she now has memory lost. How can I find out how much she was receiving because she it's going to give up the info with out a fight.

No attorneys were used at that time, I now know better.

After I signed the paper work and before she submitted it to the court she added a page that stated that child supporticon would turn into alimony and the court could not modify this.

I agreed to pay child support to age 22 if my daughters stay in school. Both my daughter are now older than 22 at this time.

Yes, you should have had an attorney.

You can track money she received by getting 12 months of bank statements from her. You can request the info if you re-open your case.
