Default living together is making me crazy

Can one party or the other move out of the home before the divorce without this affecting the settlement of assets? If so, what must be done before such a move to ensure there are no serious financial repercussions? Must the settlement be signed first? Or is it possible to have a verbal or written agreement that a move will not affect the settlement?

Moving out of the home will not affect settlement amounts. Of course, if you are close to an agreement, it is best to sign it before any major changes.
