Default No custody order in place. Wife hiding child

My soon to be Ex Wife and I have Domestic Violence Injunctions against either. When she filed her injunction she was temporarily given 100% time sharing. When the final injunctions were put in place, the Lawyers were supposed to work out a time sharing schedule until the dissolution court could rule.

Her lawyer is being uncooperative and from what I understand advised his client to remove our daughter from her long time daycare and put her in daycare that I am not privy to. (We have a no contact clause in the injunction so I can't just call and find out)

I have recently discovered who the babysitter is... I have attempted to pick her up and have been denied and the police have been no help citing it being a civil matter.

As of now the soon to be EX has been hiding my daughter from me for 4 weeks.

My lawyer is telling me to be patient and this type of action is very much frowned on by the court. (Win the war, not a particular battle)

There has been a Guardian Ad Litem appointed in this case due to my Ex being an alcoholic. I have made her aware of the situation.

Obviously my wife isn't supposed to be "hiding" the child from me.

What can I do? I haven't seen my child in a week. Before this I cared for her typically 5 days a week.

Your lawyer is correct. But of course, that is no comfort to you if you are cut off from your child.

I would let the Guardian do his or her work. If your local court allows, you can file an emergency motion for temporary parentingicon time. But it may be better to wait.
