Question Can my wife move without my consent?

I am currently paying child supporticon for my 3 kids but I have no court order for any visitation. my wife won't let me spend anytime with my children. Everytime I call and ask to take them for the weekend she tells me no. Am I allowed to take my kids for the day even if she tells me no without the law being called on me and is she allowed to move down south without my consent? Don't the fathers have right too?

I assume you are still married? If so, you both have equal rights to the children. Also, either of you can move with the children.

You should file for divorce. After you do so, both of you will have defined rights and responsibilities.
