    Default custody

hi i have custody for my two boys but they decided to go live with dad anyway. things have gotten real ugly and now they hate him and don't want to be with him. they are almost out of school one is going to the navy and the other will be 16 on the 24th of april. they don't want to leave their school because they are tired of moving back and forth. he has kicked them out a couple of times and my 15 yr old has gone back and forth with me because dad plays nice and makes promisses then he brks them. my youngest has rebelled against him dad has made the worst threats a father can make and I am tring to figure this out. they want to go stay with who they know as their stepmom for the last 4yrs but i don't know if i can give her temp guardianship to her if dad doesn't agree. she lost an eye to him and has a life long order of protection against him. read in between the lines. Hell im petrified of him. what can i do i need for my sons to finish school this yr it's not fair to them kids will rebel but this is gotten to the point that dad is never home so the kids do as they please. can someone help me im going out to pick up my son in the morning but need to get this straighten out. without the dad comming after me or his ex. pls help
