    i have a question regarding child neglect...a mother ignoring and not providing or looking for psycological (mental help) due to children behavior problems for children 4 and 5 year old after doctor has prescribed and living in a house with lots of dogs and cats knowing that her son has asthma since birth doctors has said not to be around animals is this child neglect?

    The issues listed might be considered child neglect. It would be wise to contact the local DCF (Department of Children and Families) to make a report if you are concerned for the children safety.
