Temporary Custody
I was granted temporary custody 3 days a week versus 4 days based on the STBX's work schedule.
(I have weekends they have m-thu)
Will this have a large bearing on child support
?
Should I not have agreed to this type of arrangement?
Are there any other ramifications of being the "lesser" parent?
Thank you

You are not the "lessor" parent by any means. The schedule that you both agreed to will most likely benefit the child(ren) as they will have consistency during the school week etc. child support
Guidelines will calculate the amount of overnights, health care, day care, and income in order to calculate the appropriate amount of support each of you is obligated to pay for the benefit of the child(ren).

So am I considered to be the non Custodial parent because I have less overnights?

Yes and no. There is no "Non Custodial Parent" designation anymore.
If this arrangement works for the children - then you made the correct decision.

Actually I was strong armed into it.
My attorney was too passive and her attorney was telling lies. (Which I can prove now) I attempted to speak up, but my attorney told me to be quiet.
Basically they made it all about her work schedule and this way she would get our daughter more nights.
Should I go back and try to fight the temporary order because it is likely to turn into something more permanent, or should I just let it slide for now?

Temporary orders definitely tend to turn into permanent orders. If you have the money, and the fight, I would suggest taking another bit out of that apple.
