Question Have kids more than 50 % of time

In FL - Got temp cust of my 2 minor children thru DVI because of sitters. They gave them back to her but made me primary care giver. She has tried 2 different times to have it dissolved. Denied each time. I have to approve of anyone other than her or myself to supervise the children. I still have to pay her child supporticon. Her work schedule ranges anywhere from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm 6 days a week. I pick up the children from school 3 - 5 day during the week and have them at least 1 or 2 of the weekend days that I do not have visitation and have them until 10 pm when she picks them up. She refuses to compensate me for my services (she says shouldn't have to pay the father to spend time with the kids) She refuses to give me 50/50 custody. Several CPS reports regardng her choice of sitters endangering childrens safety. Doc. that she and boyfriend has tested pos. for THC but state that they only use when children aren't around. Last sitter was arrested for child abuse but state says not enough evidence to pros. What chance do you think that I have in getting full custody since I have them 114 days out of 169 so far and have taken them to therapy like referred by CPS - which she had referrals for them in the past 3 years but never took them for 1 appt. Thank you in advance.

If you have a final order of divorce or paternity which gives you shared parentingicon then you should file a Supplemental Petition to Modify Time Sharing and provide the evidence you have for why you should have sole custody or majority time sharing. Document your evidence and present to court along with experts or witness testimony if you have it.
