    Default Collaboration Divorce Question

    If my wife and I are agreeing on everything in the divorce settlement is there still a requirement for me to complete and submit a Family Law Financial Affidavit?

    Yes. A financial affidavit is the minimum level of financial disclosure required for a divorce. Both parties must file one.
