Default Filed papers & served - changed mind

Here's a good one! Made a one time payment of $6,000 to attorney to get divorced from 30 yr. marriage. He said it was a flat fee or I can pay by hr. and I chose flat fee. I had 2 office visits got paperwork done. He was served and we are working things out now. Can I legally get back some of that money - since attorney didn't do any other work? I know it's probably up to him..but legally can he keep all that money that I paid for a divorce - but didnt get one?:

I am sorry that happened to you. But this forum is for legal questions concerning family law issues. You may want to contact The Florida Bar.
