    Angry child support arears

    Yes, i would like to know if i agreed with my kids father to dismiss arears and he was going to help my son that is in college and he didn't, can i go back and take him back to court to get thoses arears if it is less than a year and the case is still open. the arears are over 30,000 dollars. please help!!

    No you cannot.

    But you can agree that payment of certain college expenses satisfies his child supporticon obligation. That way if he doesn't pay - you have not done away with arrears.
