    Default child support arrears

    If ex is expecting a large personal injury settlement. Will his past due child supporticon be deducted from this settlement like works compensation settlements and other types of settlements?

    You never are required to get an attorney. But it certainly makes it easier.

    A family law attorney will do for this one.
