can a mother move with her chihldren
My daughter is in an abusive alcohol relationship. She does not drink. She would like to move out her family support lives in Hillsbourgh County and she lives in Pinellas County less than an hour away. She told me that a lawyer told her she could not move home with me or she would be obstructing her husband from seeing the kids. She would have to stay in Pinellas until after the divorce. I can believe that is true. Is the law that way that a family cannot offer save haven for her and her kids?

There are possible sanctions. But the two counties are close enough that the consequences may possibly be avoided.
