    Default child hates visitation

I'll try to be short. My 11 year old daughter hates going to visitation with her father. He takes her with him to his job where he works overnight so she is not sleeping a normal sleep pattern. She sleeps in the restaurant where he works or he allows her to 'work'. He doesnt pay attention to her. Because of his hours he makes her uneasy to ask him to do stuff with her because all he wants to do is sleep. He makes her uncomfortable and she is afraid of him if his temper starts to show. He has a past history of accusations of child molestation of his oldest daughter(found not guilty). Lost parental rights to other three children.
My question is: What recourse do I have to fix this for my daughter? Can I use the fact that he was accused of lewd and lacivious, and forcing and enticing a minor under 16 even though he was found not guilty? (they never lifted his supervised visitation with his other kids.)

Immediately file a supplemental petition for modificationicon of parentingicon time. T2he work hours and previous allegations can be used.

Thank you so much I wasn't sure if the previous allegations were admissible because he was found not guilty. However, like I stated before the supervised visitation was never lifted.
