    Question Custody and visitation question

Hi.. Right now I am filling the divorce papers but I am a little confuse on the part of visitation because he lives out of state and does no communicate with my 6 year old, should I specify that he can see her once a year and with supervision. I'm scared that he can keep her or run away with her. I'm been separated since she was a baby and she has seen her dad once on her life.

Default my thoughts-not an expert thugh

I would ask for sole custody and supervised visitation should he request it.I am nt sure of the laws in your state but the visitation could be short as 1 hour twice a week n your home or at mcdonalds with you present (especialy snce he hasn't shown an interest in seeing the chld this far)
    Good luck

If your case is in Florida, you need BIG reasons to get what you are asking for. Many times a judgeicon will order an acclimation period that will lead to unsupervised parentingicon time.
