Default How to address residency requirement not being met

Spouse filed for divorce in Florida in April 2010. He has not lived in the state of Florida since July 2009. I have not lived in the state of Florida since October 2009. We both moved and reside in New York State. 6-month residency requirement not met.
Is this the only issue to be addressed in my response, and how is that best done (i.e. Motion to Change Venue, or Dismiss).
Suspect the local address spouse used belongs to a relative or friend, he shares a post office box w/a sister who lives in Florida, and probably has a current Florida driver's license.
Divorce w/teenage children, he is seeking custody and child supporticon.
