    Default Visitation - Father moved

We are from Ohio and my daughter's father (we were never married) recently moved to Manatee County, Florida. In Ohio, we have shared parentingicon (we agreed through the courts), he is expecting her (age 10) to visit for the summer. How long can she be there with him, without me (custodial parent), before he can file for ANY type of custody and not return her back home with me? Thank you.
