Child Support Question
My ex-husband and I were divorced in another state, with him retaining custody of our children. He sent them to live with me 4 years ago. I moved to Florida last year with the children with his consent. Can I file for child support
in Florida since we now live here? Or do I have to return to the other state to file for custody modification and child support there?
