    Default Income Question

How is child supporticon determined when on eparent no longer has any income? For example, say one parent quits working...is the other parent responsible for the full amount of support?

If a parent voluntarily quits their job, child supporticon will not go to zero. The court may decide to treat their income as if it never decreased - and then set support accordingly.
