Default husband walked out and took money

We had $14,000 in our savings, he took 10,000 out behind my back and today brought his family over to pack him up to move out and leave me and our 7 year old. Is this going to hurt him when it comes to custody in court? I don't make enought money to pay the household bills.

You should document everything that he is doing that has a financial impact on your family. If you haven't filed for Divorce yet you might want to consider it. In most jurisdictions in Florida there are Administrative Orders in place that state neither party can alter or change the financial setting of the family at the time of separation. That means if one spouse is typically the wage earner and covers the mortgage, groceries, utilities etc. then they cannot "cut off" the other spouse when the separation happens without an agreement between the parties or by court order. You are not protected though if there is no case filed.
