Child support modification

I need a modification of child support. I believe i might need representation. I will explain... In 2002 my spouse filed for divorce in pinellas county fl. I resided and still do in georgia. I did not have representation and did not contest. Within the filing he reported to have three children but one was living in north carolina at the time of this action. The divorce included judgement for child support on all three. He failed to reveal to the court that the one child living in north carolina was in custody of their maternal gradparents. A consent order giving custody for this child was done in 1998. The child has resided with his gradparents and continues to do so. Also my income reduced while the divorce was being processed from 740.00 per week to 400.00. My income currently is 500.00 per week. The divorce decree child support amount was set at 1160.00 per month. Child support services has just got involved this year. Garnishing 1160.00 each month. Leaving my take home at less than 500.00 per month. I have sent payment before this action of enforcement directly to him by way of company check (deducted from my pay). But nowhere close to the ordered amount. They claim i have 85,000.00 in back support owed.
I believe that the divorce was fraudulant due to him claiming custody the third child. The clerk of court has the consent order in the divorce file now. Is this worth persuing? If so, what would be your fee? Thank you.
