    Default Thank you...more questions...terrified

Thank you for answering my previous question. This has happened so suddenly and my Atty. consultation is not until next wednesday, meanwhile I am terrified. after about a year of distance between my husband and I (we knew our marriage would not work) we were trying to make it work for the sake of our child who is in the middle of testing for aspergers. When I noticed the $10,000 missing from savings, things hit the fan. His mother, who has been a two day a week sitter for our child, came over and the two of them ganged up on me, she sees no wrong in her son and speaks for him and tells him what to do and say. I begged him to stay through the summer while our child is having the testing, but he could care less. His mother took him to see an atty the next day and he came home with his whole famliy to pack and leave (he says his lawyer told him to leave and to take the $10,000) but I can't imagine this happening from a smart lawyer. He also says she told him to not be alone with me, so I can't talk to my husband in private, his mother pushes and shoves her way into my home. I don't know what lies he is telling, I have an exemplementary record at work in law enforcement, also working with teenagers, and no history of any violence with him. He says he will give me a little cash every week, but he makes twice as much as me, there is no way I can sustain the household bills alone. He has moved in with his grandmother, and my child is devistated and "doesn't want to sleep" at this grandmothers home on weekends. My child may be being diagnosed with Aspergers and doesen't do well without his regular "routine". Do you think I will get back my half of our savings? Will he have to pay some kind of temporary alimonyicon for the household expenses? We have been married 10 years. Even if he gives me half of mortgage and utilities, I will have only $200 left at the end of the month for gas and groceries, he will have $2,500 left at the end of the month.

Sorry so long, i'm just beside myself and terrified

Not enough info to give an answer on alimonyicon - but in general temporary alimony is given when absolutely needed.

Yes, savings that disappear can be and usually are compensated for.
