    Default Scared

    I have been married for 28 yrs. I have a 15 yr. old daughter living at home ,no job ,no way to get an income due to disabilities.Husband has been talking with another woman and now wants out.No counseling ,no nothing just to be out of the marriage..What do I do??

    You need to file for Divorce so the current administrative order in your county will apply to you. You may be entitled to permanent periodic alimonyicon among other spousal support. You are eligible for child supporticon also. Please meet with an attorney to discuss your options to keep you and your child protected.
