Default child support - resumed employment

Along with my divorce, my ex-husband has an IDO for child supporticon and it was paid until this Oct. when he lost his job. After he received a judgement, he began paying a portion of the child support in March. In addition, he stopped paying half of my daughter's private school tuition, which he is legally obliged to pay according to our divorce settlement. How can I find out if he has resumed employment or if he is receiving unemployment? In other words, I don't know his address anymore and I don't know how to get the full amount plus the tuition back unless he is cooperative with giving me information about his job status. What do you suggest and how can I find out where the partial child support is coming from and how do I find his location if I need to serve him with a contempt of court? Does the state of Florida child support disbursement unit find out his current employment through his social security number or is it up to me to somehow find his location? Thank you in advance for your help.

Your best bet is to apply to the Florida Dept of Revenue, child supporticon Enforcement for services. They have more resources than private attorneys to find hidden employment.
