    Exclamation Filing for child support

    My husband and I are married and the mother of his child just found out that we are. She is now filing for child supporticon because we got married and says the payments are gonna come from my paycheck...When she files for this how will he pay if he currently is incarcerated? Will this really come out of my income?

    It will not, and can not come out of your income. And if your spouse hires an attorney to attend the hearing, which I strongly suggest, there should not be an award of support while he is incarcerated.

    Your income is not calculated into any equations with child supporticon. Only your husband's, which is 0 at this time.
