    Default Am i entitled to anything?

    I have beenn married for 7 months and it has been physically abusive, my husband bought me a truck for me and the kids, in his name(I have 3 kids from a prior marriage) but when he went to jail the last time I took the truck and moved back to FL., he came to fl and took the truck back and i'm wondering if it is likely that I would receive it back during a divorce?

    If the truck was purchased during the marriage - it is marital property.
