transfer divorce to another county

When a divorce case has been transfer to another county can other party request the case to be transfer back.

my husband's ex move to another county without any consent, since the children no longer live there he requested the judge to transfer his case to where he lives and the judge granted his motion. now the ex is trying to get the case back to where she moved, will the judge grant her motion?
