Being disrespectful to an unrepresented party is never good practice, however, it very common. The judges sometimes give more leniance towards unrepresented parties in a divorce, however, it is never a good idea to continue unrepresented against an attorney when fighting for your children.
Your evidence may be great, however, it may not be able to be entered into evidence if you do not know the rules of evidence. I would consult and possibly retain and attorney.
As for if you will get a majority of the parenting
time, it all depends on the facts, the judge
and the parenting time you are currently sharing.
