    Default visitation transportation

If the cuastodial parent moves over 100 miles away from non-custodial parent without a consent or giving any notice to the parent or the court....can the non custodial parent request that the custodial parent pay trasportation?? our divorce took place in vero beach we have shared custody I moved to naples about almost 2 years ago and I have been paying child supporticon and paying transportation expenses to vero beach once a month to bring my children to naples to visit with me...within the last 6 months the mother has moved 4 times and won't let me see my children or talk to them she withholding information about the children and is alienating the children ...could that be grounds for changing custody

Any time there is a substantial change in circumstances you can petition the court to modify the parentingicon time. As for sharing transportation costs, that seems fair, however, since you moved away from the children the court may have you pay for transportation. However, now, since they have moved, depending on where they have moved, the court may order each party to share in transportation costs.

You should file a Supplemental Petition to Modify the Final Judgment and make your requests within the Motion. Remember that your ex must be personally served with this filed motion as well. You may ask the court to address the constant relocating of your ex, ask for a change of primary residence, ask for shared transportation costs, etc.
