Default Now Husband is cutting me off...questions

So, my husband has been giving me about $300 a week since he left, because I can't pay the household bills by myself. Today he came to pick up our child....with no money. He gave me the run a round and when I called him in the car he said he wasn't giving me any more money and my lawyer can contact his. I cannot pay the bills of the house alone. I could hear his mother in the background (who has interfered in this whole seperation) to hang up on me (in front of my child). I am terrified that he is not going to return our child on Sunday, and he starts a special summer school he was accepted to tuesday. I told him that he is only making himself look bad in court. Our child started seeing specialists this week to be diagnosed on the autism spectrum scale and they told me to keep things as normal as possible for him. My husband's mother is making it very hard. She wants him. SHE filled out the parentingicon plan on my husbands paperwork saying they want my son wednesday - sunday.....hello, my husband works monday thru friday until 8pm at night...this is just a back door way for her to get some sort of custody for herself....please some advise about not only the money but is she going to get away with this?

You need to file a motion for temporary relief to get some of these issues regarding spousal support and time sharing in a court order so there is something to enforce.

Allison, I believe my attorney is already in the process of doing this, up until this weekend, my husband was giving me half of everything. But I haven't been able to talk to my attorney since the update...friday night my husband told me that his atty told him to only pay my 1st mortgage = $666 and an extra $200 for my child. That still leaves me like $900 short of paying the household bills every month. So now that I have spent the last day and a half crying worried, I was just trying to get some kind of answer before I could talk to my atty tuesday. Can my husband walk away from the household bills or will they make him pay half and child supporticon? what should I expect? what is the norm.

    thanks, this website rocks

basically, you are asking for alimonyicon and child supporticon. I do not have enough information as to the length of your marriage and such to let you know, but if you do not have what is considered a long term marriage in the court's eyes, he may not be ordered to pay the household bills.
