    Default Mandatory discolsure

    My husband 45 day deadline to produce his financial affidavit/mandatory disclosure was today. My attorney already sent his attorney that by the end of this upcmoing week a mtion to compel will be filed. si this standard procedure? If happens if the motion to compel is not filed are there any pernalties for my soon to be ex??

    yes, this is standard procedure if it isn't filed timely. He could be ordered to pay your attorney's fees for having to go to court to make him produce the mandated documents.
